1.1. The supplier is TECHNOUNIT-GROUP LLC, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TIN 303903621, OKED 62010, with its location at the address: Tashkent, M-Ulugbek district, Tepamaszhid str. 4A (hereinafter - the "Supplier"),
1.2. The Client is a legal entity or an individual who accepts the terms of this Public Offer and enters into contractual relations with the Supplier.
1.3. Services - services of a departmental (office) automatic telephone exchange (PBX) over the Internet and TAS-IX.

2.1. The Supplier undertakes to provide services to the Client using the aloVoice software and the Supplier's infrastructure located in the data processing center (data center) on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.2. The connection of public telephone communication (PSTN), numbers and, consequently, the provision of local, long-distance and international telephone communications is not included in the subject of services provided under this offer.
2.3. If necessary, the Client undertakes to independently purchase and connect these lines from specialized providers of these services.
2.4. If necessary, the Supplier can provide the Client with background information and assistance in connecting the purchased PSTN numbers and lines to the SERVICE, however, the responsibility for purchasing and connecting these numbers and lines lies entirely with the Client.

2.1. The Supplier undertakes to provide the Customer with the services of an automatic telephone exchange accessible via the Internet and hosted in the Supplier's cloud infrastructure.
2.2. The connection of external numbers and public telephone lines (PSTN) is not included in the subject of the offer. The customer must independently purchase and connect these lines from specialized service providers.
2.3. If necessary, the Supplier can provide the Client with reference information and assistance in connecting the purchased numbers and lines, however, the responsibility for the purchase and connection of these numbers and lines lies entirely with the Client.

3.1. The Customer selects the necessary package of services offered by the Supplier and places an order for the provision of an automatic telephone exchange.
3.2. Payment for services is made by the Client in the amount and in the manner indicated on the official website of the Supplier.
3.3. The Supplier undertakes to provide the Customer with access to an automatic telephone exchange within the framework of the selected package and payment.

4.1. The Supplier is not responsible for temporary interruptions in the provision of services caused by technical problems beyond his control.
4.2. The Client is responsible for the correctness and reliability of the data and information provided by him, as well as for the use of cloud telephony services in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.3. The Client undertakes to familiarize himself with updates and changes to this Public Offer on the official website of the Supplier.
4.4. Failure to receive or read the updated version of the Public Offer does not exempt the Client from complying with the terms and requirements of the new version of this Public Offer posted on the official website of the Supplier.

5.1. The Supplier undertakes to process the Client's personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable regulations.
5.2. The Supplier undertakes to take security measures to protect the Client's personal data from unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure.
5.3. The Supplier stores personal data of citizens of Uzbekistan on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and the policy of storage and processing of personal data published on the Supplier's website at https://alovoice.uz/privacy_policy/

6.1. This Public Offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the official website of the Supplier and is valid until it is withdrawn or replaced with a new version.
6.2. The Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of this Public Offer. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the official website of the Supplier.
